The Yahoo Chess timer occasionally allows my opponent to continue play long after his clock has gone to zero.?
Example: 10 minute timer, 0 second increment. Game goes all the way to end game. I'm rushing moves because opponent is almost out of time. His timer goes to zero and yet he keeps playing for another 4 minutes until my timer goes to zero and HE wins. It has happened twice in 2 days. Is this a bug, a cheat or what?

As you have noticed, Yahoo has bugs. Bugs exploited by morons who think if they win (or fail to lose) on time it somehow makes them better.
Use anything but Yahoo.
